I have curly hair to the middle of my back and its all 1 length, my bangs also. how should i get it cut?THICK!

i have the same type of hair,my stylist which is also my coworker cuts it from the inside,like she kinda thins it out a little,we work at a beauty supply so trust me,she cut my hair like 3 or 4 months ago and it still looks good,i need a touch up but get it thinned out,it works so good
