Should I just ..let it grow..or should I cut it in a particular style like maybe..thin it or something ?!?

don't thin your hair. You can get a thin look just by washing it letting it air dry and then flat iron it. If you blow it out it just gives it more body.
Style your hair depending on the season and the shape of your face. I think a shoulder length bob works on everyone. If you are over 20 an assymetrical bob would look good.

Get it layered.. then keep it clean and get it trimmed 1/4 inch every 3 to 4 weeks. Also add Vitamin E to your diet.
