Can hair be too thick for hair wraps??

wraps look funny, its is fun to laugh at wraps or you. I'll be over around 5 tonight, looking forward to seeing you and saying hi

Can hair be too thick for hair wraps??

No. Just smooth your hair down and pin tightly before you wrap.

Can hair be too thick for hair wraps??

Yes, sometimes you can have too much for it to handle.

Can hair be too thick for hair wraps??

If you're talking about an Erykah Badu type of wrap..No, just practice and try out what you lay your hair flatest. Typically cornrows or braids will be your best option.

If you're talking about a wet wrap used to style, it might possibly be and would take unusually long to dry. A roller set would be faster.

Can hair be too thick for hair wraps??

never, i don't think so

Why do I have one thick hair?

On the underside of my chin I have one thick strand of hair. I usually just pluck it out with tweezers but I'm just wondering why I have this random thick strand hair there.

Wht's a good hair treatment to rstore the vitality of your hair? my hair is so damaged and thick i just want

I am a stylist and I have several clients with thick, dry hair. They are several things that you can do to make your hair more smooth, straight, and manageable without using chemicals or heat. Moisture is extremely critical to make your hair straight. However, you need to infuse your hair with long-lasting moisture that won閳ユ獩 weigh your hair down.

Tip #1: Do conditioning pre-wash treatments to your hair before shampooing it. Simply whip up 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and a 1 egg. Let it remain on your hair for at least an hour. The lemon juice will act as a straightener. The mayonnaise and egg will strengthen and moisturize your hair. Do this 2-3 times a week.

Tip # 2: Buy a high quality, all natural hydrating and straightening hair care product for your hair. I have tried several hair care products, including Giovanni, Ojon, Tigi, RedKen, and Garnier. However, I recommend using GodHead Silky Smooth Hydrating Shampoo %26amp; Conditioner. It will hydrate and smooth your hair while infusing your scalp with essential oils made to grow and treat dry, coarse, and damaged hair. The product also contains moisturizing Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E, and Jojoba, which will heal and moisturize your strands and make your hair more bouncy, shiny, smooth, and healthy. The product will also soften and detangle your hair better than most, if not all, products. As a result, your hair will be more manageable and more straight. Of course, it will not straighten your hair like a flat iron, but, your hair will lay down more easily and be more smooth. And, the more you use it, the less you more straight your hair will be. The citrus fruits in the product in particular will make your hair more straight and shiny. Go to www.discoverb4a.com to find the products.

If you don't want to waste any more money, I would buy this product. But, if you go with another brand of products, make you stray away from traditional, unnatural hair care products available for purchase in most drugstores or beauty supply stores. They contain synthetic emulsifiers and harsh detergents, such as Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Phosphates, Dimethicone, and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Unfortunately, these products are loaded with toxins and chemicals and will strip your hair of moisture and nutrients it needs to be soft, smooth, healthy, and hydrated.

Wht's a good hair treatment to rstore the vitality of your hair? my hair is so damaged and thick i just want

try Pantene Pro-V Restoratives. They are incredibly moisturizing and really help restore that moisture and shine in your hair. For me, i don't use it more than 2 times a week. but i have pretty normal hair. if your hair is super damaged, try alternating it every other day with your regular shampoo. good luck!

I also like the Pantene Restoratives line. They are amazing for moisture. If you like to use gel...You should try Sebastian's potion #9. It's a leave in hair treatment that acts as a gel, an dit smells really good too;)

Wht's a good hair treatment to rstore the vitality of your hair? my hair is so damaged and thick i just want

I would get some good leave in conditioners to use daily after your shampoo and conditioner, make sure what you use is thick and reconstructing to get the most help for your hair. I would also trying to get to a salon and get a good healthy trim, keep it followed up by getting a heat/protein treatment and more haircuts every 6 weeks. A fresh haircut will keep your hair growing, because it cuts out your dead ends and keeps what you have healthy. This would be the best way to get your hair back on track, I had the same problem last year, it worked for me.

Wht's a good hair treatment to rstore the vitality of your hair? my hair is so damaged and thick i just want

being that i am a stylist and think you should use professional products would be my first choice ,but in the store i think that infusium leave in hair treatment works good for damaged and dry hair .

I have a problem with my hair and i am not comfortable with my hair and need idea or help.?

my hair is thick so bad and i keep getting frizzy too much and i want to get rid of the thick hair but i don't want to go to the salon and get it cut because i don't want it to grow back. i want my hair more thin, smooth and sleek, like some girl in school that have alot of thin hair and not thick. is there any product or online website about gettin rid of the thick hair and have thin hair like straight, smooth and sleek? i don't want thick hair because i hate to straight my hair everyday and still thick and also my hair get mess up when sun or wind outside. almost like chinese girl that don't have thick hair and thin all time.

I have a problem with my hair and i am not comfortable with my hair and need idea or help.?

Get it thinned out..theyll cut it from the inside %26amp; if you do it often enough it will get thinner on its own. By the way, I think you can get your hair thinned out for free, thats if you get it cut first! There are a lot of people with curly/frizzy hair, so talk to your hair stylist and they will know exactly how to deal with it. Maybe go short without having too many layers becasue that adds bulk %26amp; makes it look thicker. I think they will cut it different lengths to make it less 'thick'. Just make an appointment one day %26amp; see what they say. They're there to help!

Tips:

1) Don't Ccomb your hair when its dry %26amp; when its wet, use a brush or Thick tooth comb.

2) Style with your fingers (stay away from curling irons etc.)

3) COCONUT SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER/OIL (works miracles for frizzy hair!)

4) rinse with Cold Water! Warm water will make it more frizzy.

5) EGG %26amp; MAYO (sounds disgusting but it will keep your hair SHINY, SILKY %26amp; less FRZZY!! Leave it in your hair for 30 mins. then rinse!)

6) LOVE YOUR HAIR!! %26amp; try not to experiment with many products, the more products you use the worse it will get!

Good luck =)

I have a problem with my hair and i am not comfortable with my hair and need idea or help.?

try redken shampoo and conditioner with macademia oil or get it permanent straight

I have a problem with my hair and i am not comfortable with my hair and need idea or help.?

The is something called electolosis. (talk yo your dermatologist about it) that will permanantly get rid of un wanted hair. Or you could get between layers shaved and then waxed so it will take a lot long er for it to grow back.

Thicker curlier hair?

DON'T go out and purchase products that you don't research thoroughly. It seems you hair is naturally curly. If you want tight curls you will have to manipulate your hair to do that. Have you ever gotten straw curls on your natural hair? You can do it yourself or go to the salon for them. There are tutorials on You tube on how to do straw curls. Have fun with it!!!!

Thicker curlier hair?

I love the products offered by Ouidad. They are all for curly hair! They give you all the information you could need for styling too!

What do you do with ultra thick hair without chemicals???

My hair is SO thick. When it gets wet, it turns into a fro, practically. Frizz isn't a problem, it's just so thick and hard to keep straight. My hair dresser does a fabulous job of straightening and silking out, but it's only temporary. Are there any products that will make my hair straight and not stiff, withOUT using chemicals???

What do you do with ultra thick hair without chemicals???

I have really thick hair, too. I use Matrix "sleek" styling creme. It's in an orange tube, and you have to buy it at a salon.

You put it on when you get out of the shower, and then I normally straighten my hair with a Chi straightener. My hair ends up looking normal and shiny and straight. I love it!

I tried getting my hair thinned once, (where they use a little comb with a razor in it to cut hair underneath in itty bitty amounts in layers) but when it started to grow out, I had flyaways and little hairs that wouldn't lay down right. I don't recommend it.

Also, don't blow-dry your hair. Disaster! Makes it ten times worse. Always air dry.

What do you do with ultra thick hair without chemicals???

u cna buy a straightaner of ur own

or u cna have her thin ur hair out ask her to she'll know waht to do.

What do you do with ultra thick hair without chemicals???

First you need to get a long layered look hair style.

Also have the girl to thin your hair out. This will make your hair so manageable. Even short thick hair can be done in the same cut and thinning process. You do not have to get your hair chemically straightened but it maybe the best for you. Try different things at Walmart or Kmart to see if they will work. If not your only choice maybe chemical...

What can u do with thick hair?

ahh! my hair is SO FREAKING THICK! i hate it sooo much, but im not gunna cut it. its thick, wavy, and a past shoulder length. i scruch it, but i dont kno what else to do with it. i tryed straiting it, and it looked awful cuz its so thick! i dont kno what to do with it!

What can u do with thick hair?

you are the first person I heard of complain from thick hair . What's not to like . You can do anything with thick hair . If you like you can go to hair dresser and get it cut (steps style) like short fro front all the way longer as you go down . But do not complain from thick hair . I wear an extension to get the thick hair look , I get to complain

What can u do with thick hair?

You're better off getting it layered.. it will look great curly or straight.

What can u do with thick hair?

ARGH! I have the same problem! I can never do anything with this damn crazy hair!

I do like my hair sometimes tho. So many people pay heaps of money to have thick wavy curly hair and nature gave me mine. Heh heh....... would be nice if it wasn't so unmanageable tho. *sigh*

Sorry i cant help.

What can u do with thick hair?

Have the stylist cut it in layers so it apears thinner.Try using John Friedas products he has a lot of things that help thick hair

What can u do with thick hair?

go to a professional stylist/hair dresser and ask them for advice, that would be he smart thing to do...................

What can u do with thick hair?

Style it the way that you feel looks good.

What can u do with thick hair?

at the salon they have a special thing ,they use to take of hair so it dont look to full ask them ! they did it to my friend she haves lots of hair and then get it cut in layers so it doesnt look like too much youll only be paying around 35 depending where you go and ur hair lenth but it better to pay and fell good!!

What can u do with thick hair?

At the salon they recommended to layer my hair because my hair was so thick. My hair is thick and its past my shoulders too, I got my hair perm straightened at the salon. If you want your hair straight, you should try that because straighting ironing it on your own damages your hair.

What can u do with thick hair?

ONLY GET LAYERS IF THEY ARE ON THE TIP!!! I have thick long wavy hair all my life (23 years) and just figured out how to make it work my way. I take it your hair is very heavy and get a lot of spit ends because you don't want to use a lot of conditioner to weigh your hair down.

1. Buy a shampoo and conditioner that helps long hair(anti-split ends), a mousse that helps with great volume %26amp; a leave-in conditoner spray or cream.

2. When you wash your hair, use only about a nickel to quarter size and just try to wash your roots the most.

3. Now when you condition same amount and start at the ends and work your way up to the roots (that way your ends get the most and your roots down get too oily), leave in for about 30 seconds

4. When you're finished towel-drying put in the leave-in conditoner, another 20 minutes put in a handful of mousse (if you can get a sray mousse that would be better becuase you need yo try to get it on the roots) and what other styling products but don't go over board (i live in the south so I put a dime size of anit-frizz serum)

5. Then divided you hair into 3 sections (bottom, top left %26amp; top right) and blow dry each section individualy.

This makes it easier to also style or straighten your hair

Don't use a straighter gel, they just make your hair greasy in a few hours.

Another tip that my stylist told me if I follow all this and only use 2 products in my hair I don't have to wash it everyday. Apparently people are only suppose to wash their hair but every 2 or 3 days.

What can u do with thick hair?

No! I also have a lot of hair. And hey that's how I get attention!!!!!

What can u do with thick hair?

DEFINITELY LAYER IT! My hair is NATURALLY CURLY and THICK...believe me...I hated it for YEARS! Now that Im older, I love it. I get it layered about every three weeks. And I mean LAYERED. When the stylist says she's done, I make her go thru it AGAIN. That is how thick my hair is. Do find a stylist who uses a razor (if you have more curl) Thinning shears tend to give hair a CHOPPED look vs a smoother look with a razor, but it all depends on how the stylist uses them of course. I can now straighten my hair without the PUFF factor. I use an anti-frizz serum first, then a thermal spray before I use the flat iron. When I want curl, I use TIGI Catwalk CURLS ROCKs Curl Amplifier....I swear by this stuff. Hope this helps.

What can u do with thick hair?

get a perm then when the perm is over when it wet get it braided or get it in crazy twist

What can u do with thick hair?

i have the same problem, i found that layering my hair really works the best, now i have it styled short from a magazine i saw at my hairstylists salon. Experiment with ur hair anyways it always grows back. And your stylist is also a good place to get info from, they make great suggestions.
