What do i do with my hair? it is sorta straight, thick but really boofy if i blowdry it?

how do i dry my hair? when i blowdry it, the length of it goes all booofy and frizzy and dry. when i leave it out wet to dry it goes frizzy. should i put it in a bun, braids when wet or what?

!!!

Same as my hair used to be before I got it straightened permanently.

What I did was tie it in a not-so-tight-as-to-pull-my-hair-out-but-... ponytail at the nape of my neck and left it until the morning. It did leave a sort of crease in my hair, but it kept most of my hair free from poof!

Start with a professional Shampoo and Conditioner. I Like paul mitchells Super Skinny line. It is affordable too, you don't need alot. When you blow dry, section your hair, and blow down the hair shaft, that keeps it smooth and shiny.

get it layered and thinned. it will curl really nicely. and wont go boofy. let it dry naturally.

my hair is the same

Don't you even think about putting your hair i a bun when it is wet not even braids trust me it will be even worse than usual i should know mine is the exact same way. I went out and bout frizz control syrum. it works like a charm then you can blow dry it but you might wanna put a little gel just a tad in there so it helps it stay more relaxed.

I had the same prob!!! The only thing i could really do was put it up in a pony tail and i hated it...until i went to the hair dresser...I know what ur thinking....I dont want to go to the hair dresser I want things i can do now... but here me out on this one!

When you go ask for it to be thinned out. Then buy a good quality hair straightner ($150 - $300 AU) and ask for a side swept fringe. Then go to ur local supermarket and buy garnier fructis - sleek and shine hair moisturiser (in a green bottle) follow the instructions, straighten ur new 'do and the options are endless!!! trust me its the only solution!! and btw... I COULDN"T BE HAPPIER!!!! I love my new hair and no more frizz, and its no longer dry thanks to garnier!!!!
