when you dry it dry from tip to root. this way it gives your hair a natural boost. when you are finished drying. brush your hair backwards. this could give a knotty effect depending on your hair. after that try curling your hair to make it look even bigger. :)

For the hair on teh head .. the best option is .. get a trim .. like aslight one evevry 3 weeks... this helps for the dead ends to be cut of so hence thje hair grows longer

for thickness.. change ure shampoo that will increase the hair quantity or something for ure hair to look more !
